Service Advisor is a Two-Year, 4,000-hour on-the-job-training apprenticeship. In addition to the on-the-job training, there are academic related training courses that must be completed over the four-year term. You must keep accurate monthly records of your on-the-job training hours, while under the supervision of a journeyman, and your related training school hours. This training is to be verified by a supervisor at work and a school instructor at college.

Course Requirements

A minimum of 144 school attendance hours a year in related training subjects. Indentured apprentices are assigned to local community colleges in evening classes, two nights a week.
